Another lawsuit filed against waterpark
QUEENSBURY, N.Y. -- Another class action lawsuit has been filed in connection with a gastrointestinal virus outbreak at the Great Escape Lodge and Indoor Waterpark.
The latest lawsuit was filed by the law firm Dreyer Boyajian on behalf of three people from Rensselaer County.

The suit alleges management knew about the norovirus outbreak but didn't warn anyone or do anything to prevent it from spreading.
Four other people filed lawsuits last week.
More than 400 illnesses linked to the waterpark have been confirmed.
