CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. -- A group of cyclists pedal for a good cause, spinning for 12 straight hours at Gold’s Gym in Clifton Park.

Teams who took part raised money to benefit missing and exploited children. The groups that will benefit include The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, The Center for HOPE and The RIDE for Missing Children of the Greater Capital District. The event organizer says she hopes their efforts can help the families of these missing children.

"When a child goes missing or an adult or anyone goes missing the families suffer and search everyday and when we can make a difference as a community to bring them home or put posters out there it really we all come together and hope in the light of supporting one another so it's very important,” said Regina Epp, Event Organizer.

Epp says the 12-hour ride will raise about $2,000.
