Diamond reelected mayor of Glens Falls
GLENS FALLS, N.Y. -- Glens Falls Mayor Jack Diamond has defeated challenger William Berg. Diamond won by more than 1,700 votes.
Diamond has spent 12 years in Glen Falls politics. He started in the city council, and when Mayor Roy Akins died in 2008, Diamond won the special election to replace him.
Diamond was endorsed by the three major parties.
