Thursday will prove to be a busy day for lawmakers in Albany. It appears as though they'll be working late to tackle some key issues before the end of session. They've made headway in a plan for non Indian run casinos, but as Capital Tonight's Nick Reisman explains, lawmakers still haven't moved on many of the governor's big ticket agenda items.
