SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. -- The Saratoga Springs Police Department needs help to find out how Matthew Stedman, 28, ended up unresponsive on a city street Saturday morning. Police said Stedman was found on the ground near the intersection of Grand Avenue and Beekman Street just before 3:30 a.m. They said he was unconscious and not breathing.

Stedman was rushed to Saratoga Hospital where he is listed in critical condition. Police are asking anyone who was with Stedman, or may have seen him, to please call police with any information.
