AMSTERDAM, N.Y. -- One person is dead after a rollover accident in Montgomery County. State Police say it happened on Route 5 in the Town of Amsterdam.

Police say Lester Rivera Jr., 35, of Amsterdam, was partially ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. There is no word on what caused the crash.
