Teacher's aide arrested after incidents with students
QUEENSBURY, N.Y. -- A teacher's aide was arrested after Sheriff's deputies say he got into fights with students. Warren County Sheriff's deputies arrested Ricky Wilcox, 47, a teacher's assistant at the Warrensburg Central School District.
Deputies say Wilcox grabbed a student during an incident on March 7th. The student wasn't injured. One day later, on March 8th, Wilcox was involved in another incident that left a student with an scrape on his arm. The injury didn't require medical treatment.
Wilcox is facing two misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He's due back in court later this month.
