Teens charged with sharing drug-laced brownie with teacher's aide
Two Fayetteville-Manlius High School students face charges after giving a brownie laced with marijuana to a teacher's aide. Police said Corrine Prigle, 17, gave the pot brownie to the teacher Friday morning. She was then taken to the hospital after having a bad reaction to the brownie.

In addition to drug charges, Manlius Police charged Prigle with reckless endangerment and felony assault. They said this is a lot more than a harmless prank.

"We take this very seriously. It would be like you, yourself consuming something and having no idea that a foreign substance was placed in that. Scary, scary situation on the victim's part," Manlius Police Captain Jason Cassalia said.

Zebediah Gallagher, 16, has been accused of selling the marijuana used in the brownies.

Both students were arraigned in Manlius Town Court and released to their parents. Police are still investigating and say there could be more charges to come.
