Ongoing Iraqi leadership intimidation

A British military commander has detailed what he said is ongoing intimidation by the Iraqi leadership. And he described the security situation in Southern Iraq.
Major General Albert Whitley said, "First and foremost we have found we can patrol with impunity. And that degree
varies from location to location and one town to another. Some places we travel on foot with armor to determine hit targets."
Also, Iran's foreign minister is warning Washington about its involvement in neighboring Iraq.

Kamal Kharrazi said, "The worst days are yet to come", and that suicide attacks against coalition forces will likely increase.
He also said the US miscalculated the extent that Iraqis would welcome the invading allies.
