Juicing is all the rage these days. Celebrity dieters swear by it, and it seems for good reason. Geoff Redick takes a look at juicing.

"I love to travel," said DeChantell Lloyd, Code Blu Juice Bar. "And in every major city there was a juice bar, but when I would come home, there wasn't the option."
Eating your vegetables is one thing, but drinking your vegetables? A little hesitation is understandable.
"Out shoots green juice, and they're like, 'Ewwww!’" said Lloyd.
But juicing is all the rage these days. Celebrity dieters swear by it, and it seems for good reason.
"When you juice vegetables, those nutrients go right into your bloodstream," said Lloyd.
While the nutrients may get to your body quicker, according to the Mayo Clinic, there are no extra health benefits for juicing as opposed to eating solid fruits and vegetables.
But take my drink as an example. I like apples, but I refuse to eat pineapple or kale.
But put them together in a liquid, add a dash of lemon…and that is one tasty beverage. You can imagine the ease if your child or spouse is a picky eater.
"The kids are like, 'I want more green juice!' And I said, 'Oh my goodness, this is the best!'" Lloyd said.
The Code Blu Juice Bar in Buffalo is now one of the many juice bars popping up across the country.
"It's just having that option available, because people are juicing at home...so we're here to take that work away from you, so you can just grab your juice and go," said Lloyd.
