Tone Up: Working the lower body with a Smith machine

If you belong to a gym, you may have seen what looks like a squat rack, but it's call a Smith machine. It has a locked in bar, with hooks. If you work out alone, this could be your buddy. It really protects you and helps you to push your level without anyone else around.
