ALBANY COUNTY, N.Y. – A former Coxsackie police officer is in trouble with the law again, this time for violating the SAFE Act.
Kenneth Rosimini, 46, faces weapons and fireworks charges after police searched his Coeymans home. Inside they found a high capacity magazine, brass knuckles and illegal fireworks.
Rosimini is now in the Albany County Jail.
He used to be an officer with the Village of Coxsackie Police Department. Back in December, Rosimini was arrested in Albany for pulling a gun on someone.
