SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. -- The man known as Sam the Bugler has pleaded guilty of driving while ability impaired charges in Saratoga Springs City Court.
Samuel Grossman, who's a well known face at the Saratoga Race Course, was pulled over on Ballston Avenue Saturday morning for speeding. His blood alcohol content was .15 percent. He pleaded guilty in court Tuesday morning.
Grossman's license has been suspended for six months and he must pay $555 in fines and surcharges. He is also ordered to undergo alcohol evaluation and take the DMV "Drinking Driver Program."
