TROY, N.Y. -- Police have identified the man they say was shot in Troy Thursday afternoon.
Officers responded to the area of Sixth Avenue around 2 p.m. for a report of shots fired. When they arrived, they saw Isiah Roundtree, 21, of Troy, leaving the area in a private vehicle.
Police stopped the car and found Roundtree was bleeding from a gunshot wound and trying to get to the hospital. He was taken to Albany Medical Center and is expected to recover.
Police say no arrests have been made.
