NEW YORK CITY, N.Y. -- A Schenectady man is facing manslaughter charges after a hit and run crash in New York City.
The victim, a 59-year-old woman, was killed in the incident. The NYPD says it happened Friday night in Queens. They say Vishwanand Subryan, 23, hit the woman while she was crossing the street. He then left the scene, but police caught up with him just a few blocks away.
