ALBANY, N.Y. -- As the leaves start to change, thousands of tourists make their way to the Adirondacks every year.
To get a glimpse of the fall colors, many of those tourists ride the Amtrak's dome car. The car has a glass dome roof, and windows on all sides for passengers to get great views of the changing colors.
The car dates back to 1955 and is one of the only remaining dome cars in Amtrak service.
The train will run from Albany to Montreal on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Mondays, and returns from Montreal on Fridays, Sundays, and Tuesdays.
