GREENVILLE, N.Y. -- New York State Police are searching for the driver of a pickup truck who they believe is responsible for two hit and run accidents. They said three children were hurt in one of those accidents.
According to troopers, the first accident happened near the Greenville Town Hall on Monday morning. A pickup truck was driving westbound on Route 6 with a ladder in the truck bed. Troopers said the ladder hit a minivan on the driver's windshield, and hit the driver and three children inside.
The pickup truck continued westbound on Route 6, hit a second vehicle, and drove away. Anyone with information is asked to contact New York State Police at (845) 344-5300.
