GREENWICH, N.Y. -- Two Greenwich men were arraigned on robbery charges after State Police say they robbed a convenience store at gunpoint.
The incident happened just before 4 a.m. Tuesday at the Cumberland Farms on Route 29. Troopers say Chad Niles, 21, and Jarimi Lee, 20, entered the store wearing masks. One of them pointed a handgun at the cashier and demanded money before running off.
During the arrest, State Police recovered the money taken from the store, as well as the gun used in the robbery.
Niles and Lee were arraigned in the Town of Greenwich Court and sent to Washington County Jail on $100,000 bail.
