ALBANY COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Watervliet teen has admitted he attacked and robbed a Chinese food deliveryman in the city.
According to the Albany County District Attorney's office, Damon Monge, 19, plead guilty to attempted robbery Tuesday morning. Monge hit the deliveryman in the head, knocked him to the ground and then took his cash back in June. He faces four years in state prison and five years post-release supervision.
Monge is scheduled to be sentenced next month.
Co-defendant Jonathan King was also charged with robbery, assault and grand larceny. There is no word on King is due back in court.
