ALBANY, N.Y. -- An Albany man is facing marijuana charges.
The Albany County Sheriff's office says Randall Travis was growing marijuana in his home on Holmes Court. He's charged with criminal possession of marijuana, unlawfully growing cannabis and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police say Travis was running a growing operation out of his home and had 47 plants inside.
In addition to the plants, they say they also found growing and packaging materials and packaged marijuana. The endangerment charge is because his 16-year-old daughter was living in the home.
Travis was arraigned at the Town of Colonie Court and released.
