MONTGOMERY COUNTY, N.Y. - A traffic stop in Montgomery County leads to the arrest of three people from New York City who troopers say had more than 100 forged credit cards.
Troopers say they pulled over a car for speeding on the Thruway in the Town of Glen. Kirschel Butler, Christopher Grey, and Keliesha McCoy were inside the vehicle at the time.
Troopers say they smelled marijuana during the stop. During the interview, troopers say all three people gave conflicting reports about who they were and where they were going.
Troopers say they later found 115 forged credit cards in false bottom drink canisters. All three are charged with 115 counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument.
