WATERVLIET, N.Y. -- A second Watervliet teen has plead guilty to attempted robbery in connection with the beating of Chinese food delivery man.
According to the Albany County District Attorney's office, Jonathan King, 17, entered the plea deal on Tuesday. The district attorney said King and Damon Monge placed a food order, than beat and robbed the delivery man when he came to the door.
King faces three years in state prison, and five years of post release supervision when he is sentenced in December.
Monge also plead guilty to attempted robber, and is scheduled to be sentenced in November.
