WASHINGTON COUNTY, N.Y. -- Two men in Washington County are battling it out in a headed race for District Attorney.
New York State Assemblymen Tony Jordan is facing off with current DA Kevin Kortright.
Jordan currently owns are private law firm and was formerly an Assistant District Attorney for the County.
Kortright has been DA for the past eight years, and part of the DA's office for more than twenty years.
A hot button issue between the two has been Jordan's refusal to submit his private attorney-client list to the Moreland Commission.
Jordan says doing so violates client confidentiality. But Kortright says he's hiding political corruption, like accepting campaign donations from clients he represents who continually receive contracts with New York State.
Voters will make their decision on Election Day on Tuesday.
