SULLIVAN COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Sullivan County man faces felony drug charges after police say they found him passed out in his SUV blocking two lanes of traffic on a Monticello street.
Officers say 54-year-old Bradley Dunham's car was in drive, running and blocking traffic on Hammond Street in the village Tuesday afternoon. Police were able to wake him up and say they found a warm crack pipe in the car along with a plastic bag of crack cocaine.
Dunham, who was on parole for a drug conviction, also faces misdemeanor charges of DWAI by the use of drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was sent to the Sullivan County Jail without bail.
