SCHENECTADY, N.Y. -- Schenectady got into the fall spirit as the city celebrated the eighth annual Harvest Fest and Art Show.
Whether it was food, music or art you were after, the festival had something for everyone. That includes the kids, who were able to take pony rides and see some clowns making balloon animals. Organizers said it's the perfect time of year to get people together.
"We do one in the spring for strawberries and in the fall. Winter is kind of tough in this neighborhood and summer is also, people are at the track and on vacation. Everybody's around now," said Upper Union Street BID, Nell Burrows.
The event was put on by the Upper Union Street Business Improvement District.
