DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Copake man was arrested for DWI after security found him running around on the Bard College campus with a blood alcohol content three times the legal limit.
Troopers say they received a call Sunday night around 11 for a disorderly subject on the campus. There, they found Jason Skelton, 29. They say he got there after driving his jeep in the Town of Red Hook.
Skelton was arrested and charged with DWI after a breath test revealed he had a .21 BAC. He was taken to Dutchess County Jail on $1,000 bail.
Troopers say Skelton has two prior DWI arrests, as well as one for DWAI.
