NEW YORK CITY - Pedro Hernandez, the man who confessed his connection in the murder and disappearance of Etan Patz is due in court for a hearing Wednesday.
Hernandez admitted to killing 6-year-old Patz in 1979 in 2012.
His Lawyer says it was a false confession, from a man with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
Hernandez has pleaded not guilty to murder and kidnapping charges.
Police have not found any evidence, or witnesses, linking Hernandez to Patz.
