A closer look at the "golden parachute" provision
The State budget was passed a couple days ago, but the $869 million revenue is still being talked about. It includes $330 million from sales tax on clothing purchases of less than $110 and a $100 million limit on charitable deductions for New York's richest residents. There is also a so-called "golden parachute" severance packages for out-of-state residents that has businesses crying foul. Our Erin Billups reports.
