Joint Commission on Public Ethics to discuss sexual harassment allegations
New York's Joint Commission on Public Ethics will meet today for a special session to address sexual harassment allegations among lawmakers. Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver is apologizing for how he handled the controversy. It's the first time he has spoken publicly since he stripped former Brooklyn party boss Vito Lopez of power.
