Rainwalker's adoptive parents to sue police
GREENWICH, N.Y. -- Missing 12-year-old Jaliek Rainwalker's adoptive parents are now planning to sue the Greenwich Police Department. That's according to the Post Star.
The lawsuit claims the police were trespassing when they searched the home where Jocelyn McDonald and Stephen Kerr were staying.

The article said while visiting the home, the police saw a computer they wanted to take as evidence. Officers went and got a warrant so they could take it. According to the article police say the font and style used in the letter that was sent to media bore a strong resemblance to letters McDonald used to communicate to the media.
We also reached out to Cambridge-Greenwich Police Chief George Bell, and he said he has heard that Kerr is planning to file a lawsuit, but they have not officially been served papers.
Chief Bell said that it is a shame that Stephen and Jocelyn are now trying to make themselves the victim, and not Jaliek.
