How about adding the Adelphi Hotel to your collection of all things Saratoga? The historic landmark is up for sale. But if you want it, you'll have to shell out nearly $8 million. The hotel's owner, Sheila Parkert, has already lowered the asking price.

The Broadway icon has been around for more than 130 years and it's up for sale for the second time. People are asking why it's up for sale yet again. The owner has not commented and is not saying whether any buyers have been lined up.
