STILLWATER, N.Y. -- Stillwater has another big New York lottery winner, so you might as well just call it Lucky Town. Donald Birch is the fourth million dollar winner in the town since last October.

Birch won on the 500 Million Dollar Extravaganza scratch off ticket. Birch bought the ticket at the Stewart's Shop on Vosburgh road in Mechanicville. He'll be paid $50,000 a year over the next 20 years, which means after taxes, he'll pocket a little over $34,000 each year.
