GREENWICH, N.Y. -- A vigil is held to mark the second anniversary of Jaliek Rainwalker's disappearance. Dozens came out to a music and candlelight vigil hosted by Barbara Reeley and Dennis Smith at St. Paul's Episcopal Church.
Jaliek was last seen on November 1st, 2007. His grandparents remain hopeful he will be found.
"I've learned some patience and it means that, you know, there are roller-coaster weeks. There are hard weeks and there are better weeks,” said Barbara Reeley, Jaliek's grandmother.
"It's terrible. He should be here with us. He should be watching the World Series with us, learning about curveballs and fastballs,” said Dennis Smith, Jaliek's grandfather.
Police did question Jaliek's adoptive father Steven Kerr, who reported him missing two years ago, but he was never charged. Kerr has since moved to Vermont with his wife.
