SARATOGA COUNTY -- A Saratoga County sheriff's deputy has been indicted on charges he had unwanted and involuntary sexual contact with four different victims while he was on duty.
Saratoga County District Attorney James Murphy said Donald Harder III was indicted on 11 counts and has been suspended from the Saratoga County Sheriff's Department.
The DA said in some cases, the victims were suspects in custody, witnesses to a crime or reporting a crime.
Harder faces up to seven years in prison. He is scheduled to be arraigned next week.
