ALBANY, N.Y. -- The jury will return Tuesday morning to continue deliberating in the Devon Callicutt murder trial. He's accused of killing UAlbany student Richard Bailey in October of 2008.
he jury was given the case around quarter after four in the afternoon and deliberated until 10:30 p.m. or so before the judge sent them home.
The jury asked for a number of read backs, including the 911 call from the night Bailey was murdered. The jury also asked for more on testimony from a man who said he saw a young black male riding a bike near the shooting location. The jury is apparently working to create a timeline of that night as they asked the judge permission to notes on the read backs. Jurors also asked to hear back testimony from the man who said he was also robbed the night Bailey was killed.
We will be back at the courtroom in the morning and we'll continue to bring you all the latest developments.
