ALBANY, N.Y. -- A jury finds Devon Callicutt guilty of first degree murder in connection with the death of UAlbany student Richard Bailey. Callicutt was found guilty on all counts.

Besides first degree murder, Callicutt was also found guilty of first degree attempted robbery, second degree criminal possession of a weapon and first degree robbery.

It was an emotional day in court as the Callicutt family and Bailey family heard the verdict. A few jurors were also crying while the verdict was read, clearly knowing they held Callicutt's life in their hands.

The jury had only been deliberating for two days when they reached a decision. They were charged and given the case around 4 p.m. Monday and deliberated late into the evening before heading home. They were back at it this morning at 10 a.m.

Callicutt faces life behind bars without the possibility of parole.
