ALBANY, N.Y. -- Another suspect is arraigned on charges in connection with last Saturday's riot in Albany. 21-year-old Tyrone Garcia was arrested Thursday when a patrol officer recognized him from the pictures police posted on the Internet. Garcia was arraigned on felony rioting and criminal mischief charges Friday. He's now the second student arrested since the pictures and video of the riot went public.
Thursday, 18-year-old Evan Sapio turned himself in after seeing his picture online.
And Patrick Fries, one of the six alleged rioters originally arrested, now faces an additional criminal mischief charge after video is believed to show him bashing a black Crown Victoria.
