CICERO, N.Y. -- The Greater Syracuse Hall of Fame will induct nine new members this fall. The list of inductees was unveiled Friday afternoon at Driver's Village. The new members will be inducted during a ceremony on October 17.

The members are:

• John Cherundolo - College football, Syracuse University, All-East selection


• Brian Elwell - Professional hockey, captain Syracuse Blazers


• Bernie Fine - Long time Syracuse University Asst. Basketball Coach


• Gene Fisch - Outstanding high school basketball star at Sacred Heart


• Chris Gedney - High school, college and professional football


• Rev. Theodore Hesburgh - University of Notre Dame president


• Katy-Schilly Laetsch - Cross-country, track and field standout


• Sue Ludwig – High school and college basketball sensation, Westhill High School coach


• Al Romano - High-school, college and professional football star
