ALBANY COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Albany County Sheriff's Office arrests a Berne man who they say stole money and blank checks from his former employer.
Deputies say Matthew Arnold, 21, stole $1,200 and two blank checks from his former employers at the Bozenkill Farm in the Town of Knox.
The Sheriff's Office says the first check was written out to Arnold in the amount of $460 and the second was written out to cash in the amount of $500.
He was arrested and charged with possession of a forged instrument, grand larceny, and petit larceny. Arnold was arraigned in the Town of Knox Court.
