ALBANY, N.Y. -- Dozens of people remain gathered in Lafayette Park as the Occupy Albany movement continues.

There were a few incidents at the protest over the weekend.

Organizers said a fight broke out Saturday night between a passerby who was allegedly intoxicated and a protester. But the police quickly stepped in and broke it up.

No arrests have been made since protesters began their occupation near the state Capitol last Thursday. However, there are growing concerns from the demonstrators that the police and state officials will take action to break up the protest. So far, there hasn't been any interference.

Despite the cold weather, protesters tell us they plan to stand their ground until they see an end to corporate greed.

Joanne Farrell of Rensselaer said, "I feel like if we're standing up for a better country, for the younger people in this county, that it's worth freezing."

Albany is just one of more than 100 cities across the country where protesters have gathered.
