Two men, including former dispatcher, charged with kidnapping, sexually assaulting teen
CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. -- State Police in Clifton Park have arrested two men, including a former sheriff's dispatcher, for allegedly kidnapping a teenage boy and sexually assaulting him over the summer.
According to the Saratoga County District Attorney, Timothy Kaye, 30, of Malta, along with Eric Loeser, 21, of Clifton Park, kidnapped a 15-year-old boy from the Parsons Child and Family Center in Albany and sexually assaulted him.
Kaye is a former dispatcher for the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office.
State Police said Kaye and Loeser are charged with one count each of first-degree kidnapping and first-degree criminal sexual act. They were arraigned and sent to the Saratoga County Jail without bail.
