ALBANY, N.Y. -- Occupy Albany demonstrators were arrested for a third night in a row, as state troopers continue to enforce the 11 p.m. curfew at Lafayette Park. Twenty people were taken into police custody for trespassing and disorderly conduct.

Still, protesters say they are undeterred and have a constitutional right to be there. Those who were arrested Monday night were released less than two hours later and went right back to the park.

Thirteen people were arrested over the weekend at the park. Albany County District Attorney David Soares said he won't prosecute those arrested for just trespassing, unless they damage property or are a threat.
