SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Law enforcement officials familiar with the investigation say Fine's office at the Melo Center was apparently searched Tuesday morning. At this point, federal prosecutors have not said what they were looking for or if anything was removed from the office.

Fine was fired Sunday following allegations of child molestation.

This search comes days after the U.S. Secret Service, state police and Syracuse Police searched Fine's home in DeWitt. Federal prosecutors have not said what they found there either, but they did remove three large file cabinets from the home sealed as evidence.

Meanwhile, Syracuse police remain steadfast in their commitment not to discuss details of the Fine investigation, even as the alleged victims continue to speak on various national media outlets.

At this point, authorities acknowledge three alleged victims have come forward.

Michael Lang, the second man to come forward and accuse Bernie Fine of molesting him, spoke to CNN Tuesday night about the alleged abuse. In an interview with Gary Tuchman, Lang said Fine was like a father figure. He claims as a teen, he was at Fine's home every day and that Fine would touch him inappropriately.

Meanwhile, a third person making allegations against Fine spoke to Anderson Cooper Wednesday afternoon, saying he would be willing to take a lie detector test to prove he is telling the truth about the abuse.

Zach Tomaselli, 23, claims to have been abused by Fine in a hotel room in Pittsburgh following an SU game when he was 13-years-old. Tomaselli's claims have come under fire because he himself faces charges of sex abuse with a teen in the state of Maine.

He also offers an explanation for not coming forward with the allegations sooner.

Tomaselli said, "I haven't told anybody until I moved to Maine three years ago. And I met another victim of sex abuse and we began to share our stories together. And that's the first time I had ever told anybody."

In written statements over the past few weeks, Fine has denied the allegations and maintains his innocence.
