ALBANY, N.Y. -- Members of the Occupy Albany movement will be holding a press conference this afternoon to discuss their legal response to the City of Albany’s lawsuit to obtain an injunction against the group's encampment.

Thursday, Dec. 22 was the deadline for occupiers to vacate Academy Park in the city.

The scene there turned chaotic, as officers enforced the deadline and took down tents.

Officers used pepper spray on the crowd and took four demonstrators into custody.

Police also said four of their own received minor injuries.
