ALBANY, N.Y. -- Family members say goodbye to the 21-month-old found dead in a Troy apartment this past weekend. Funeral services were held for Avery Cahn at the First Presbyterian Church in Albany on Thursday.

Police say his mother, Shannon Pozniakas, left Avery with a babysitter. They say when she came home, the babysitter was gone, and Avery was dead.

There is no word yet on a cause of death, and no charges have been filed.
