TOWN OF COEYMANS, N.Y. -- Three Greene County men were arrested and stand accused of burglarizing a deli in the Town of Coeymans.

Coeymans police said Agustin Mayorga, 19, of Hannacroix, Kyle Nadler, 19, of Athens, and Keil McCarran, 19, of Athens, broke into the Southgate Deli overnight on January 8th. Mayorga is a former employee of the deli.

Police said the trio stole cash, cigarettes, and lottery tickets. All three are charged with burglary and petit larceny.

Mayorga was remanded to jail without bail, Nadler was released on a $2,500 bond, and McCarran was released under the supervision of probation.
