CAPITAL REGION, N.Y. -- A new website has been unveiled, showcasing different travel options for residents in the Capital Region.

The eco-friendly initiative is part of a collaboration with CDTA, the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority, the Department of Transportation and the Capital District Transportation Committee.

The website called capitalmoves.org encourages people to consider other forms of transportation. CDTA also plans to buy clean fuel and hybrid diesel-electric buses to minimize carbon emissions.
