HYDE PARK, N.Y. -- A 23-year-old Hyde Park man is hit and killed by a car. It happened around 11 Saturday night on Crum Elbow Road.

Police said Sean Sinon, 23, was struck by an unknown vehicle. According to police, the suspect drove away from the scene of the accident.

Police said around 8 Sunday morning a possible suspect reported to Hyde Park Police that he believes he hit a deer or some other object in the area of Crum Elbow Road and Hill and Hollow Road Saturday night.

At this time, no charges have been filed and the investigation is ongoing.
