It's back to court today for lawyers on both sides of the defamation lawsuit against Syracuse University and coach Jim Boeheim. This time, they'll be in Syracuse in Onondaga County Court for a change of venue hearing. Our Iris St. Meran has the latest.

SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The two sides have been back and forth in court. It began in December when Bobby Davis and his step-brother, Michael Lang, filed a civil lawsuit in New York City against basketball coach Jim Boeheim and Syracuse University. The two men claim when they went public with accusations of sexual abuse against associate head coach Bernie Fine, Boeheim defamed them by calling them liars.

Attorneys representing the University and its head basketball coach have filed a motion to change the location of the court for this matter to Syracuse. Attorneys for the brothers have since filed a cross motion, claiming their clients would not get a fair trial in Onondaga County.

Earlier this month, both parties were in a New York City courtroom. During that appearance, a Supreme Court judge ruled that information about the sex life of Bernie Fine's wife, Laurie Fine, was not relevant in this defamation lawsuit. Lawyers for Lang and Davis argued they needed contact information of players who may have had sexual relationships with Laurie Fine during the 90s. They believed that information would support their argument to keep the trial in New York County.

Both sides will be in front of State Supreme Court Justice Brian DeJoseph at 10 a.m.
