The controversial pension plan is passed by new york state legislators. The Tier 6 pension plan passed early Thursday morning. Governor Cuomo said the plan will save the state $83 billion over the next 30 years. But the New York State Public Employees Federation rallied against the proposal with a demonstration at Albany's West Capitol Park. Our Lori Chung has more.
